Hi babe, and welcome!

I am so thrilled to have you here in this space. The Go Regulate Yourself podcast and this membership space was built with one thing in mind- and that is you.

My goal with this outlet has always been to provide you with the precise know-how and tools that you need to overcome the tough shit, make life more enjoyable, and become the best version of yourself possible.

Thus, it only made sense for me to go deeper- and take this to a level that no one else is willing too. You see, a lot of the ‘healing’ industry is hidden in secret from us. Modalities, tools and resources are often gatekept by practitioners who want us to hire them before they will show us any of the goods.

And as a result- a lot of us stay stuck exactly where we are because we either can’t afford to keep trying a bunch of things that don’t work, or we’re just plain tired of wasting our time and energy on things that aren’t in alignment.

I want to change that. I want to make healing and growth available to everyone- and I’m willing to put myself, my triggers, my fears, and my trauma all out there for you to see, in order to do so.

Needless to say, I’ve found some incredible practitioners who are experts in their field- and I’ve convinced them to deliver an entire session of their own modality to me, LIVE and in action, so that you can see precisely what it looks like before you invest any of your own time, money or energy into it.

So let’s dive into exactly what this series contains- and why you should make this small investment into your health and wellbeing, instead of paying hundreds of dollars just to ‘try’ one session.

A Behind-The-Scenes Look.

This Guest Expert Series was designed in a unique way to give you a real, behind-the-scenes look at what different healing modalities actually look like in practice.

Fortunately, there are a lot of incredible practitioners, therapies and alternative approaches to healing available today- but it can be super overwhelming to try to figure out what they all are, how they work, or whether they’re even the right fit for you and your journey.

My hope with this series is to take away some of that guesswork by allowing you to witness these sessions as they actually happen- with me as your test subject.

Each episode features a different expert in their field leading me through one of their sessions tailored exactly as they would with any other client. There are no rehearsals, no scripts and no editing around the vulnerable moments.

I walk into each session with only a basic understanding of the modality, allowing the practitioner to guide the experience naturally from beginning to end. Whether it’s hypnosis, parts work, mediumship, nervous system work, somatic healing, EMDR or something completely new to me- you’ll experience it alongside me in real time.

One of the things that makes this series different is that you’re not just learning about these modalities in theory- you’re actually seeing them in action. You’ll hear the questions that are asked, watch the process unfold, and witness what can come up emotionally, mentally and physically throughout the session.

Every experience is different, and there is no expectation that every modality will resonate with every person. Instead, this series is designed to help you become more informed so you can decide what feels aligned for your own healing journey.

Following each session, I’ll also be sharing my own reflections on the experience- both during and after. I’ll discuss what stood out to me, what surprised me, what challenged me, and anything that continued to unfold in the hours and days afterwards.

Why? Well, because healing doesn’t always happen the moment a session ends- and I think it’s just as valuable to understand the integration process that follows as it is to witness the session itself.

Above all else, this series is about curiosity. It’s about exploring the many different paths that healing can take without suggesting that there is one “right” way to do it.

Every person is different. Every nervous system is different. Every life experience is different. What creates profound change for one person may not resonate with someone else, and that’s completely okay.

Rather than asking you to invest your own time, energy and money into modalities you’ve never experienced before, I’m choosing to step into the role of the client first.

My hope is that these sessions give you a clearer understanding of what’s available, help remove some of the mystery surrounding different healing approaches, and empower you to make decisions that feel right for you so that you can finally get ahead.

This Guest Expert Series is an invitation to learn, explore and witness healing from the inside out- one honest, unfiltered session at a time.
