167. What Your Relationship With Colour Says About you [with Wala Almuhaiteeb]

In this episode, guest Wala Almuhaiteeb takes us through the most painful moments in story- and how the concept of colour therapy saved her lived.

What happens when you lose everything you thought your life was supposed to look like? And what if the very thing that breaks you open ends up changing the entire trajectory of your life?

In today’s episode, I am joined by Wala, founder of The Cringe Method and author of Heal Yourself with Color, for a conversation that takes us through some of the most difficult chapters of her life, from navigating a difficult marriage in Tokyo to rebuilding from zero and eventually losing everything she owned in a house fire in Barcelona.

But what I love about Wala’s story is how she has taken these experiences and turned them into something that now helps other women find their way back to themselves.

We’re diving into color therapy, how our patterns live in the body, why we can do all the therapy and personal development in the world and STILL feel stuck, and what it actually takes to create change that goes deeper than just understanding why we are the way we are.

Wala shares so much wisdom throughout this conversation, and I cannot wait for you guys to hear it. So without further ado, let’s dive on in!

Here’s A Little About Wala + Her Journey:

Walaa Almuhaiteeb is the founder of The Cringe Method and author of Heal Yourself With Colour (Orange Hippo! Publications). She helps self-aware women who have already done the therapy, the journaling, and the personal development work, and still feel stuck, find where their patterns actually live in the body and change them there.

Her own path took her from Kuwait to Tokyo, where a difficult marriage first cracked open her own shadow. She rebuilt from zero in Qatar as a colour therapist, added sound therapy, and later moved to Barcelona, where a house fire that took everything she owned became the origin of The Cringe Method as it exists today.

She is certified in colour therapy, yoga teacher training, kundalini chakra healing, sound therapy and been a mentor to women from all over the world for 13years
