Have you ever experienced a moment in life where everything seems to be going wrong, maybe it feels like you can’t catch a break, and you just so happen to be feeling sorry for yourself because of it all?
Well, if you have, don’t worry. You’re not alone. In fact, just a couple of weeks ago I was in this exact same spot- deep in victimhood and wondering why my entire world was crashing down around me.
At the time, I was in pajamas I’d worn for three days, feeling irritable and crying non-stop… and it felt like nothing could ‘shift’ me out of it. But in that moment- something beautiful and unexpected happened.
I ended up randomly drawing a picture that created a radical perspective shift on what I was unconsciously ‘choosing’ for my life by wallowing in my current state- and the best part is? It also came with an understanding of what I could do to instantly alter how I was feeling so that I could get ahead.
