154. How To Step Into Your Power

What happens when you’re standing at crossroads with one foot pointed in the direction you want to go- and one foot firmly rooted in the past?

This past weekend I found myself confronted with a unexpected and terrifying realization: I’ve been standing at crossroads for three years, holding myself back from committing to my vision.

Now in a way, I guess you could say this is natural. As human beings, we often allow the consequences of growth to hold us back from our goals because it feels too scary or too hard.

But can you imagine for a moment if we just went all in? If we committed, took responsibility and did the dam work- regardless of the excuses we are tempted to use?

I think some pretty incredible things might happen... and today, we’re going to talk about it!

Therefore in this episode we are discussing what it looks like when you say you want something but are holding yourself back from it, the consequences of actually going for it, and how to fully step into your power so that you can get everything you want.

Let’s dive in, shall we?
