158. What You’re Getting Wrong About Karma

You’ve heard (and likely said) karma’s a bitch- but what if that one little sentence was causing unnecessary harm to your own life? Let’s talk about why this is a phrase to drop immediately.

If someone has wronged you at some point in your life, chances are, you’ve probably wished karma upon them- and you wouldn’t be alone.

But what if I told you that everything you know about ‘karma’ was actually... wrong?

The truth is that wishing somebody ‘gets theirs’ is only harming you and your life- and the impact of that is even worse when you say it out loud or project it onto someone else.

Thus in today’s episode, we’re exploring exactly why this is- and why you want to be hyperaware of the language that you are using at all times.

If you’re ready to stop attracting bad energy in your life and finally call in the things that you desire, then this episode is for you. It’s time to rewrite your understanding of karma for good.

Let’s dive in, shall we?

About the Host:

Hey there! I’m Brianne, the messy human behind Go Regulate Yourself. I’m a full-time podcast host, speaker, and writer behind love, sunday. Born and raised a small-town Alberta girl, I now spend six months a year travelling the globe in search of a slower, softer way of living.

Here, I talk about navigating the changes and challenges that your 30’s can bring, how to heal and move past the difficult shit you’ve experienced in your life, and all the ways to create a life more magical and delicious than your wildest dreams.

I’m so honoured to have you here in my little corner of the internet- and I hope that my journey inspires you to demand more for your life. Thanks for being here!
